Hustling
From WIN-ipedia - information and strategies about winning
Introduction
Hustling is the act of disguising one's skill in a sport or game with the intent of luring someone of probably lesser skill into gambling; it is often part of a confidence trick. It is most commonly associated with billiards (pool) but also can be performed with regard to other sports and games.
Other hustles may involve cards, coins or other every-day objects. The process is the same, the "mark" is led to believe they are onto a sure thing, before the Hustler tursn the tables by prving he has some skill (or a hiddn method) for winning - the game and any bet.

A scam is similar to a hustle, in that the aim is to 'gain' from others gullability, greed, or misfortune. However, the term Scam is more often associated with corruption while Hustle (probably wrongly) is often used to describe a light-hearted trick.
